We are currently able to ship internationally (YAY!) as follows:

- Europe (via DHL) - Shipped from Australia
- Asia (via DHL) - Shipped from Australia
- New Zealand (via DHL) - Shipped from Australia
- Rest of the world (via DHL) - Shipped from Australia

SHIPPING TIMES
Australia - we ship orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (note - frequency will change during peak times). Via Australia Post.
Delivery times: Please allow 3 - 5 days from shipping day (this may vary depending on Australia Post.
USA + Canada - we ship orders directly from our US warehouse daily.
Delivery times: Please allow 3 - 5 days (orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day)
Europe, Asia, New Zealand and rest of the world.
We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (frequency will increase during the Christmas and peak periods). All orders placed before 9.00am AEST will be shipped the same day (on shipping day). All orders placed after 9.00am AEST will be shipped the next shipping day.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
The buyer or receiver is solely responsible for all duties, fees, taxes or applicable charges relating to the package. I Scream Nails are not able to declare your order / purchase as a gift.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
I Scream Nails recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. I Scream Nails is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.
RETURNS
Please choose your products carefully. For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges will be offered unless the product is proven faulty. We take great care to ensure that our products are packed securely so that they arrive to your door in perfect condition. However in the event of any discrepancy, breakage, damage etc. please notify us at I Scream Nails by e-mail at info@iscreamnails.com.au within 72 hours of receipt, along with your name, date and reason. Failure to adhere to this timeframe may result in the claim not being recognized. Upon receipt of email, we will email you a Returns Form which must be completed and returned with the damaged item. Items must be returned with original packaging. Once we receive your return, if your return order is assessed as faulty, a replacement item will be dispatched to you and a credit applied for your return postage. In the case where the same item is not available you will be refunded original order amount, including original postage charges and return postage. Once your refund or exchange has been processed, you will be notified via email. All exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods and all refunds must be applied via original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In the case where an item is out of stock you will be notified and given the option to substitute a different item or request a refund. In the case where your order can only be partially filled, you will be notified and given the option to substitute the out of stock item/s for a different item or request a refund for the items that we are unable to supply.
GIFT VOUCHERS
An I Scream Nails gift voucher is a lovely gesture which the recipient can use towards payment for an order! Once purchased, the voucher will be emailed to your email of choice. You can select from one of the amounts listed on our store and click on “add to cart” to add it to your shopping cart. You can purchase as many gift vouchers as you want per transaction and each voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining value on the gift voucher remains valid for the term of the voucher.
